Oolong tea a rare and exquisite chinese delicacy. Also known as blue or dragon tea, is partially oxidized and derived from the same tea plant as green, white and black. Of the many varieties the most well known are produced in the southern Chinese provinces of Wuju, Fujian and Guangong. The plant and process were later exported to Taiwan where the most renowned Formosa variety is grown.
